Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi, has suspended with instantaneous result the Commissioner for local govt, Chieftaincy issues and Rural progress in the state, Samuel Okoronkwo. Umahi announced Okoronkwo’s suspension today even as declaring open the ITF programme in Abakaliki. He nevertheless didn't state the purpose for the suspension. He stated that his administration would no longer tolerate any motion that might take the state back to the darkish a long time.
