The leader of the Indigenous individuals of Biafra (IPOB),Nnamdi Kanu is competent to negotiate with the Federal government for a way to his “ordeal”, his attorney has stated.
Kanu also distanced himself from militant staff, action for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) which earlier claimed to be negotiating his unlock.
